MindfulMeals was birthed from a vision to offer true Neapolitan pizzas in London. The Bianchi lineage, in 1985, opened a quaint but hearty pizzeria that honored family recipes passed through the ages.

Marco Bianchi, our trailblazer, mastered pizza craft on her Italy voyage, particularly from experts in Naples, pizza's heartland. Back in the UK, her goal was to replicate that Italian taste, adhering to classic craft and choice components.

What commenced as a humble 12-seater has now flourished into a cherished culinary destination. Still, our dedication to prime quality and genuine roots stands firm. We employ classic wood-fired ovens, ensure daily-made dough, and seek out top-shelf ingredients.

MindfulMeals is still family-owned, now with Bianchi progeny at the helm, steering our zealous crew. While we've absorbed some new tech, our spirit remains unaltered: forging delectable, real pizza to unite patrons.
